File Preparation for Printing

To ensure optimal print quality and a smooth process, please follow these guidelines when preparing your files:

Accepted File Formats
  • TIFF (LZW compression)
  • JPG
  • EPS
  • PDF
  • CDR (all fonts must be converted to curves)
Color Management
  • All color files must be saved in the CMYK color space.
  • Black color should be defined as CMYK: 50,50,50,100 to achieve a rich black tone.
  • Black-and-white files should be saved in the GRAYSCALE color space.
Resolution and File Size
  • The recommended resolution is at least 150 dpi at actual print size.
  • Files should not contain unnecessary layers or paths to reduce file size.
File Upload
  • Uploading Files:
    Files must be uploaded to the XL MEDIA server in a folder named after the client (e.g., the company name).
    Access to the server will be provided via email.
  • File Naming:
    Each file name must include the following information:
    • Material type
    • File format
    • Configuration
    • Quantity
    Example:
    Frontlit_3x5m_Hem_and_Eyelets_every_50cm_2pcs.tif
Submitting Your Order

Please send your order to info@xlmedia24.de.

The email should include:

  • The names of the files uploaded to the server.
  • Specific details of your order (e.g., desired material, dimensions, configuration).
